The drunk auto drivers kidnapped the girl from Janti Kalan colony road near Kundli when she was returning from a Dussehra fair, near Delhi border on Thursday night. After killing the girl, they buried the body in the fields near Aterna village of the district. The auto drivers also assaulted the brother of the girl, who accompanied her.

The brother knew one of the accused, Nitin, and led the police to him. Based on the information given by Nitin, the police arrested three more accused — Parveen, Deepak and Karan. Police said the fifth accused, a resident of Baghpat, will also be arrested soon.

The body of the victim was dug out after the accused took the police to the spot where the minor victim had been buried. After a post-mortem examination, it was handed over the family of the victim.
