  Cut Off List Of DU 2022: Acceptance of allocated seats 

  Once a seat has been allocated in a particular round, the candidate must 'Accept' the Allocated Seat before the last date/time specified for the given allocation round. The provision for acceptance of a particular Allocated Seat will be valid only for the round in which the seat was allocated to the candidate.

  DU First Cut Off 2022: What candidates should do 

  A candidate who is allocated a seat as per the Allocation Policy stated in the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS 2022) must perform the following steps through their dashboard to ensure successful admission:

  1. "Accept Allocation" under User Action Tab

  2 . On receiving the "Approval from the College Principal", proceed to pay the fee to

  confirm the admission.

  3. Take a printout of the acknowledgement receipt.

DU First Cut Off List 2022: Merit list as per merit
The merit list for the UR category seats will comprise all candidates in order of merit. No one will be excluded from the same. In other words, the merit list for the Unreserved (UR) category will also include SC/ST/OBC-NCL /Minority/EWS candidates, irrespective of category, if they meet the criterion of merit for the UR category.

DU First Cut Off List: Why the delay in release of list 
The delay has been done due to Supreme Court's hearing on Wednesday on a plea by St Stephen's College, one of the varsity's constituent colleges, against a Delhi High Court order on admissions.
The high court had directed the college to follow the varsity's admission policy, according to which 100 per cent weightage has to be given to the Common University Entrance Test (CUET)-2022 score while granting admissions to non-minority students in undergraduate courses.
St Stephen's College, however, wants to give 85 per cent weightage to CUET and 15 per cent to interviews for admitting students across categories.
