The first shift started at 8:30 am and ended at 11:45 pm.
This year, a total of 54,37,233 students are eligible to appear for the UP board exam, which is being held at 8140 centres in the state.
To assist students and help them dealing with exam anxiety, UPMSP has set up a helpdesk that remains active between 10 am and 6 pm. Students can call toll-free helpline numbers 18001806607 and 18001806608. The helpline numbers of UP Board headquarters are 18001805310 and 18001805312.

UP Board Exam 2025 Live: Students prefer Biology
A scrutiny of subject choices among students of UP Board reveals they prefer Biology.
Of the 26,90,845 candidates registered for the Intermediate examination, UP Board officials note that 6,74,717 (more than 62%) have opted for the science stream. Of them, 12,49,460 students have chosen Biology, while 4,25,257 students have opted for Mathematics.

UP Board Exam 2025 Live: Official booked for leaking Class 10 math paper on WhatsApp group
A UP board examination centre in charge has been booked for allegedly leaking the class 10 math paper on an official WhatsApp group.
The incident occurred on the morning of the exam taking place at Chaudhary BL Inter College.
According to education department sources, centre administrator Anju Yadav sent the math paper to the official examination WhatsApp group on Saturday at 9:37 AM.
