The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has declared the TS LAWCET and TS PGLCET 2026 results today, June 4, bringing relief to thousands of law aspirants across the state. Candidates who appeared for the Telangana Law Common Entrance Test (TG LAWCET-2026) and Telangana PG Law Common Entrance Test (TG PGLCET-2026) can now access and download their scorecards from the official website, lawcet.tgche.ac.in.
The results were released at 4 PM and are available online for all registered candidates. Candidates are advised to download and preserve their scorecards as they will be required during the counselling and admission process.

{{/usCountry}}The TS LAWCET and TS PGLCET examinations were conducted on May 18, 2026, in three separate shifts across various examination centres in Telangana. The first shift was held from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, the second shift from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, and the third shift from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM. The entrance tests are conducted annually for admission into undergraduate and postgraduate law programmes offered by participating institutions in the state.
As per the eligibility criteria, candidates appearing for TS LAWCET are required to secure at least 35 per cent marks, equivalent to 42 marks out of a total of 120, to qualify in the examination. For TS PGLCET, candidates must obtain a minimum of 25 per cent marks, or 30 out of 120 marks, to be considered qualified. However, candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) categories are exempted from the minimum qualifying mark requirement in both examinations.
The ranking of candidates will be determined based on the total marks secured in the entrance test. In the event of a tie, the marks obtained in Part A of the examination will be taken into consideration for awarding ranks. The ranks secured in TS LAWCET will be used for admissions to law courses in Telangana, while the rank obtained in TG PGLCET-2026 will be valid only for admission to LL.M. programmes for the academic year 2026-27. Counselling and admission schedules are expected to be announced shortly on the official website.
