Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) declared the results of Secondary State Leaving Certificate (SSLC) or Class 10 and humanities stream of High Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) or Class 12 board examinations on Friday.

The overall pass percentage in the SSLC exam last year was 54.04 and 75.38% students cleared the HSSLC exams.

This year, 51,312 students appeared for the SSLC exam and 23,784 candidates took the HSSLC (humanities) exam. There were 137 SSLC centres and 101 HSSLC exam venues in the state to accommodate the candidates.
