Goa Forward Party's Jayesh Vidyadhar Salgaonkar got a total of 9,735 votes, while Bharatiya Janata Party's Dilip Parulekar secured 7,598 votes. Indian National Congress's candidate Agnelo Nicholas Fernandes secured 1,616 votes to finish at the third place. The top three parties got 46.7%, 36.4% and 7.7% respectively.
