Actor Salman Khan has opened up about the challenges his parents, Salim Khan and Salma Khan, faced in their marriage. Contrary to what one might expect, Salman revealed that the main issue was not their religious differences but his father's profession as a screenwriter.

Salman on reason behind parents' marital issues

During an interaction with select journalists, he shared that the main issue in his parents' marriage was not the difference in religion. But his father’s profession.
