Miss World Manushi Chhillar wore many looks in the last 24 hours, including a flirty jumpsuit and a shimmery lehenga choli. Hot, sticky June days aren’t exactly the most inviting time of the year to slip into your jeans. So, if you’re rethinking the way you can wear denim right now, Miss World Manushi Chhillar just proved that a denim jumpsuit is easy to slip into, effortless, and ridiculously chic.
On Friday, her stylist Sheefa J Gilani shared Manushi’s denim utility jumpsuit look and it’s perfect. Not only can this jumpsuit be dressed up — add pointy toe pumps and bold earrings, Manushi’s are from My Motifs — or down, with flats, it’s also crazy comfortable. You literally only have to put on this one garment and you’ll look insanely fly.
Oh, and did we mention you can buy Manushi’s ‘never grow up denim jumpsuit’ online? The utility-style one-piece featuring a flowing wide-leg bottom, a matching fabric belt and contrasting white piping is by designer Shahin Mannan. It’s available for “Rs 24,000 plus GST,” the designer told Hindustan Times over mail.
And while that might be a bit more than what you’d normally spend on a jumpsuit, consider the versatility of this garment and the fact that it will pretty much never go out of style.
Say what you will about jumpsuits being a lazy fashion choice — we think they’re perfect year-round, as demonstrated by the full-fledged fashionista, Manushi Chhillar. So what are you waiting for?
Manushi has been loving that #jumpsuit life recently. The beauty queen stepped out in Mumbai on Friday looking happy and glow-y and flashing some skin in another jumpsuit: A sexy noodle-strap cutout one from designer label Shehlaa By Shehla Khan. A pair of stunning Deepa Gurnani earrings finished off the chic look.
Manushi even wore this light and airy floral linen wrap shacket (Rs 5,800) from fashion label Cord that accentuated her tiny waist. She paired it with Cord’s matching striped pants (Rs 4,000) for maximum effect.
We’re still swooning over Manushi’s third look from Friday. She wore Natasha Dalal’s ‘lavender lucy’ lehenga from the designer label’s ‘Here Comes the Sun’ collection, accessorising with oversize Deepa Gurnani earrings. Can you say glamazon?
