We adore all things lace — which is why spotting Shilpa Shetty Kundra in an alluring lacey ensemble is so exciting, we had to share. On Friday, the fashion-forward actor and reality TV judge shared this intensely gorgeous saree-inspired ensemble by UK-based designer Ria Kashyap.

A saree with pants? Or pants with a saree? We don’t know what’s going on here, but we like it. The front-slit is holding strong, playing peek-a-boo with pants now instead of regular saree pleats.

We love the almost 3-D construction of Shilpa’s ensemble – it seems to come to life. And the all-over embellished corset-style bodice creates an eye-catching illusion and offsets the lace on the neckline and sleeves of the sheer blouse. Simple yet impactful neckpieces tie the knot on the overall look.
