Barcelona striker Lionel Messi has posted a farewell message to his soon to be ex-colleague Neymar, with the latter expected to complete a move to Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
This is what Messi wrote on his official Instagram account, “It was an enormous pleasure to have shared all these years with you friend @neymarjr. I wish you luck in this new stage of your life. See you soon.”
Neymar has played with Messi at La Blaugrana since the 2013/14 season and has assisted the Argentine on 22 occasions.
“Thanks brother. I will miss you man,” Neymar later replied on Messi’s post, indicating that a move to PSG is imminent.

Barcelona earlier on Wednesday confirmed that the Brazilian wants to leave the club, amid rumours linking him to Ligue 1 club PSG.
“Neymar Jr, accompanied by his father and representative, communicated to FC Barcelona this morning his decision to leave the club,” Barca said in a statement.
