Bengaluru | August 2026: Bosscoder School of Technology (BST), Bengaluru's industry-integrated B.Tech in Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence, hosted a four-day orientation week combining industry insights, mentorship, academic interactions, and communication sessions with music, comedy, games, and community-building activities, giving students a well-rounded introduction to both technology and campus life.
Day 1 | Beginning with a Vision
The week opened with a traditional Pooja ceremony, setting the tone for the academic journey at BST.
Padma Shri Awardee Dr. H.R. Nagendra, Chancellor of S-VYASA, felicitated BST founders Manish Garg and Rajat Garg with a ceremonial shawl and memento, honoring the institution's as a Center of Excellence for B.Tech in Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence.
Students were then introduced to BST's vision through a launch film, followed by interactive challenges, fun activities, and goodies that helped students break the ice and connect with one another.
Day 2 | Industry from Day One
The second day reflected BST's industry-aligned approach. The ceremonial lighting of the lamp was attended by Sunil Bhatia, Engineering Leader at Google, and Dr. Aloknath De, Former CTO of Samsung R&D Institute India.
Sunil Bhatia spoke about the key principles of engineering and the mindset required to build a successful career, while Dr. Aloknath De shared insights from his technology leadership experience and encouraged students to stay adaptable in a rapidly evolving industry.

{{/usCountry}}The afternoon brought a change of pace with push-up challenges, arm wrestling, quizzes, and campus games, allowing students to unwind, interact, and build new friendships.
Day 3 | Communication, Connection and Comedy
Day three focused on personal and professional development. Students met their faculty members, explored their academic sections, and interacted with their mentors.
They also attended a communication mastery session by Vivek Shah, Vice President at JioHotstar, who highlighted that while technical skills are essential, the ability to communicate and effectively present those skills is equally important.
The evening was dedicated to relaxation and laughter with a Clean Comedy Night featuring renowned comedian Ashish Solanki, giving students a chance to step away from formal sessions and enjoy the campus experience.
Day 4 | Building the BST Community
The final day brought students closer to their faculty instructors, mentors, success managers, and the BST Insider team the people working behind the scenes to support students throughout their journey.
Delhi-based band Mirage, led by lead singers Anvay and Manish, delivered an extraordinary live performance that brought the campus alive. Their energy and powerful stage presence set the perfect mood, making the evening truly memorable for the students. The celebration continued with an energetic DJ performance by Revoic, keeping the excitement going till the end.

BST's Orientation Week went beyond a conventional induction programme, offering students an early glimpse into an education model that brings industry, academics, mentorship, and student life together.
