Halle Berry takes ex Gabriel Aubry to court over child support
Halle Berry is in a face-off with her ex Gabriel Aubry in court over the child support money she's paying him. The two share custody of their 7-year-old daughter Nahla and the actor pays $16,000 to the ex-model as child support.

The 48-year-old actor wants the judge to reduce the child support money she's giving to Aubry to $3,000 a month, TMZ.com reported.
Berry said that though she was happy to pay him to care for their girl when he has physical custody, she accused that Aubry was using the money to avoid work.
Meanwhile, Aubry had claimed that his successful model career was damaged when Berry's then-fiance/now hubby, Olivier Martinez, beat him in the face.
