  CBSE 10th Result 2026: Key highlights

  • The CBSE Class 10 results were declared on the official portals as well as Umang and DigiLocker mobile apps The results can be checked on esults.cbse.nic.in, cbse.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in, digilocker.gov.in and results.gov.in. Results will also be available through SMS.

  • The pass percentage for Class 10 results this year is 93.70 per cent. This is an improvement from last year's pass percentage of 93.66 per cent, the Board said.

  • After declaring the Class 10 results earlier today, CBSE said it would, in line with its earlier decision, not be releasing any toppers/ merit list. The Board said that the decision was taken to avoid any unhealthy competition among the students. The Board also does not award first, second or third divisions to its students.

  • The CBSE, according to the recommendations of the NEP, 2020, introduced second Board exam for students to improve their performance in up to three subjects. Candidates of the session 2024-25 with compartments are eligible to appear.
