Tripura: Surrendered militants call shutdown over ‘unfulfilled’ rehab promises

Members of NLFT and ATTF groups called for a 72-hour shutdown in Tripura from Sept 4, alleging unfulfilled rehabilitation promises from a 2024 peace accord.
