Sharma had sought that how many transfers of government employees were made on the recommendation of former MLA of Nachan Tek Chand Dogra in the past five months when the Congress retained power in the state in December 2012.

The public information officer (PIO) of the CM's office at Shimla denied the application by saying that such information was not available in the office.

Sharma said the answer of the PIO was not satisfactory and he was deliberately delaying in providing information whereas the information of the same was available at just the click of the mouse.

Sharma said he had submitted his appeal with the next appellant authority. He said he needed the information to submit the same in the state high court in a writ petition over transfer of employees.
