Ekta Kapoor, the producer of Love Sex Aur Dhokha (LSD), on what the film is all about

I titled Love Sex Aur Dhokha as LSD because there are three stories in the film, each revolving around the words. It’s a film that can leave you shaken, because it takes you to a life behind the reality TV camera.

I titled Love Sex Aur Dhokha as LSD because there are three stories in the film, each revolving around the words. It’s a film that can leave you shaken, because it takes you to a life behind the reality TV camera. I was being asked to beep out the word ‘Sex’ from the title because the censor board didn’t agree with the idea and felt that it was sending out a wrong message.

But it’s essential to the title and beeping it out would take away everything from the name. The film is not about having sex; it’s about how it’s no longer about pleasure for ambitious youngsters. It deals with the fact that sex has become a stepping-stone for people to move higher on the ladder, or to get back at someone. Sex is not under the carpet anymore.
