SGPGI executive registrar Dr KN Prasad today asked Dr Sunil Pradhan, professor of neurology, to give in writing about Tuesday’s incident. The note will be submitted to the Governor. The doctor has prepared the write-up and submitted it to Dr Prasad.

On Wednesday morning, Luv Verma, principal secretary to the Governor, informed the SGPGIMS administration that Rajeswar wanted to know in detail about the incident. The Governor is also the Visitor to the SGPGIMS.

Meanwhile, the legal fraternity here expressed shock at the behaviour of the judge.

Former judge of the high court Justice RK Agarwal said he was “pained, shocked and bewildered” at the conduct of the judge.

He said HC judges were expected to announce their arrival or visit to any public place through the protocol officer of the high court.

Justice Agarwal also said judges must watch their conduct in the public sphere.
