Phone/computer addictions have always been a problem, but these addictions have taken on new life over the past 18 months. Research ways to break the cycle and wean yourself off your devices. A simple tactic to use is to turn on grayscale on your phone. Our devices are a lot less inviting when they’re in black and white. Other than that, limit screen time, don’t take your phone with you from room to room and find other rewarding ways of occupying yourself when you feel the itch to overindulge.
