Meanwhile, Congress president Rahul Gandhi will be addressing rallies in Uttar Pradesh.The fifth phase of elections will be held on May 6 and the counting of votes will take place on May 23.

I have travelled the world, met a number of saints, seers and sites of pilgrimage, but the satisfaction that I got by washing their feet, is a treasure for me,” said PM Modi.
