The meeting that was to discuss whether to pick shotgun shooter Rajvardhan Singh Rathore, specialist in double trap or keep pistol shooter Heena Sidhu in the team, didn't take place in the Capital on Saturday.

Due to extenuating circumstances, according to Baljit Singh Sethi, a top NRAI official, meeting couldn't be held on Saturday.

"It will now be held on Monday," he told Hindustan Times.

Instead of Imran Hassan who won a quota place in the 50m 3 position event, in Doha Asian shooting meet recently, the federation had recently opted to include 10m air pistol shooter Heena Sidhu in the national team as it had a choice, as per ISSF rules, to swap one event quota with another.

But there was a debate whether Rathore should be given chance or should Sidhu be allowed to board the flight to London.
