Delhi recorded its coldest November this year since 1949. The mean minimum temperature was recorded at 10.2 degrees Celsius along with four cold waves. The average minimum temperature for November was recorded at 12.9 degrees Celsius. The month of October this year was also the coldest in 58 years.
