    FIFA World Cup: Colombia, Japan enter Round of 16

    Colombia beat Senegal 1-0 to advance to the Round of 16 of the FIFA World Cup 2018 as Group H toppers. In the process, Senegal were knocked out of the tournament as they finished third. Yerry Mina was the lone goal-scorer of the match. No African team is left in the World Cup now. In the other game, already eliminated Poland defeated Japan 1-0 but the Asian team still made it to the next round thanks to Fair Play. Japan are the only Asian team left in the tournament.
