Photos: India sees another record single-day spike of Covid-19 cases

India recorded 26,506 new cases of the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) and 475 deaths between July 9 and July 10 morning, pushing its infection tally to 793,802. India has been seeing over 20,000 infections every day since July 3. However, according to government data, the number of recoveries is now almost twice the number of active cases. India’s current Covid-19 tally stands at 276,685 active cases with 495,513 recoveries and 21,604 deaths.
