While daily tests have come down in Maharashtra in October, there was significant improvement recorded over the month in the case fatality rate (CFR) which stood at 2.62% and recovery rate which stood at 89.99%, as of October 31. Maharshtra’s current Covid-19 tally stands at 125,672 active cases with 1,514,079 recoveries and 44,024 deaths, according to latest available records.
