Cyclone Sitrang: Bengal, Odisha, Northeast likely to receive heavy rainfall

The widespread rain due to Cyclone Sitrang, expected later in the day, is likely to cast a shadow on Diwali and Kali Puja celebrations in the states of Bengal, Odisha and Northeast.
