Operation Ajay: Flight carrying 212 Indians from Israel lands in Delhi
The first batch of around 200 Indians, including students, returned to India from Israel onboard a chartered flight in the early hours of Friday.

India has launched Operation Ajay to help Indians wanting to return home due to the recent attacks on Israeli towns by Hamas militants, escalating tensions in the area. As many as 212 Indian nationals from Israel arrived at the Delhi airport early this morning on the special charter flight. (PTI)

With folded hands, Chandrasekhar warmly welcomed the arriving Indians in Delhi. He engaged with the students and offered reassurance to all passengers from the flight from Israel. He emphasized that India remains steadfast in its commitment to ensuring the safety of every Indian and highlighted Prime Minister Modi's determination to protect them. (PTI)

Sanjeev Singla, the Indian Ambassador to Israel, stated that the Indian Embassy in Israel is actively striving to ensure the safety and well-being of Indian nationals amidst the conflict in Israel. He also informed that as part of "Operation Ajay," the embassy will facilitate the return of Indians to India for those who wish to do so.(PTI)

Yesterday, the external affairs minister announced Operation Ajay to help those Indians who wish to return to India.
