After a fraction of people went rogue during the tractor rally on January 26, the farmers' protest against the new farm laws has been under scrutiny. While some miscreants resorted to stone pelting at one of the protest sites, Delhi Police laid out iron spikes and concrete barriers on roads leading to protest sites.
