President Droupadi Murmu flags off 3 trains in Odisha, Jharkhand enhancing connectivity in tribal areas
After the event, the President travelled in the Badampahar - Shalimar Express from Badampahar to Rairangpur.

President Droupadi Murmu, who is on a visit to Odisha and Andhra Pradesh, on Tuesday flagged off three trains from Badampahar Railway Station in Mayurbhanj district of Odisha. These trains are Shalimar -Badampahar - Shalimar Weekly Express, Badampahar-Rourkela - Badampahar Weekly Express, and Tatanagar- Badampahar- Tatanagar MEMU Service. (PTI)

The three trains will connect tribal areas with bigger cities and give a huge boost to the local economy, access to healthcare and tribal tourism, a Railways official said. (President of India-X)
