Mercury dipped below zero degrees Celcius at most places in Jammu and Kashmir, officials said on Tuesday. They also informed that the temperature remained above the freezing point in Srinagar and Kupwara, even as another western disturbance is expected to hit the Valley later this week. (PTI)
