The West Bengal government on Sunday decided to shut down schools and other educational institutes, spas, salons, beauty parlours, zoos, and entertainment parks from January 3, in view of rising Covid-19 cases. They also announced that flights to Kolkata from New Delhi and Mumbai will be allowed to operate only twice a week, with effect from January 5.(ANI)
