New virus clusters that were identified in the port city Dalian are now spreading to other provinces in China. Local health officials in Dalian plan to mass-test all six million residents as this cluster had now spread to many cities across the country including the capital, Beijing. China reported more than 100 newly confirmed cases of coronavirus on July 29 while the country continues to battle what might culminate into a second wave of infections.
