Photos: New Covid-19 outbreaks restore restrictions globally

Restrictions against the novel coronavirus, once lifted in many parts of the worlds are being reimposed, shutting businesses and curbing people's social lives as communities try to curb the spread of new outbreaks of the disease. From the United States to Japan, the unpredictable rise and fall in covid-19 cases is leading to revisions of unlocking timelines, rollbacks of relaxations and in several cases escalations of existing restrictions.
