The death toll in Chamba bus accident rose to 17 as three seriously injured succumbed to their injuries at Chamba hospital.
The deceased have been identified as Lal Singh, Nirdosh Kumar and Hemu. A private bus had rolled down a 700 meter deep gorge in Salooni tehsil of Chamba district on Saturday, killing 14 people.
Mother, daughter died in road accident in tribal Bharmour
Dharamsala: A 26- year-old women and her daughter were killed when the Maruti car they were travelling in rolled down 300 feet at Garola in tribal Bharmour area of Chamba district on Sunday evening.
The deceased have been identified as Anjana Devi (26) and Sneh Lata (4). Anjana's husband Kalyan Singh (35), who was seriously injured in the mishap, has been admitted to the Chamba hospital.
According the police the family was returning home after visiting some relatives when the incident occurred around 5:30pm.
