Omelette is one of those recipes that is not only quick and easy to make but also readily available anywhere you go. While we generally are used to having an omellete with masalas, vegetables, or even cheese, would you ever have a chowmein omelette? Sounds off beat, right? Recently a street vendor from Delhi's Chandni Chowk went viral after he was seen preparing a combination of omellete with chowmein.
In a video shared by food blogger Rajat Upadhyay, you can see the making of this dish. At the beginning of the clip, the street vendor breaks eggs into a bowl and adds masalas and a few vegetables to it. Then, he pours the mix into a pan and prepares it. Once it is half cooked, he adds chowmein from the top and flips it. Finally, he garnishes it with grated boiled eggs, coriander and some more masala.
