“The audition process has not changed that much,” Brie said but also made clear that the audition process for GLOW was nothing like some of her past experiences.

She then went on to reveal how she was once auditioning for HBO’s Entourage and was asked to remove her top. “Early in my career, I auditioned for three lines on an episode of Entourage that I had to go on in a bikini!” she said. “Or like shorts and the tiniest shorts. And they were like, ‘Okay, can you take your top off now?’”

Brie did end up with the part.

Gilpin also talked about auditioning ‘for a room full of men’, and being asked to take her hair down after she completed the scene.

GLOW, will stream on June 23 on Netflix.
