Shantanu Maheshwari is the new winner of Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi season 8. The television actor defeated finalist Hina Khan and Ravi Dubey to win the trophy.
The 26-year-old rose to fame with Dil Dosti Dance, a coming of age dance drama on Channel V. He will take home the prize money and a brand new Jeep Compass car.
Khatron Ke Khilari season 8 was hosted again by Chennai Express director Rohit Shetty. On the show, an adaptation of US’ Fear Factor, the celebrity contestants are tested on their tolerance levels and physical fitness through a series of challenging tasks.
The current season also saw participation from actors Nia Sharma, Karan Wahi, Rithvik Dhanjani; wrestler Geeta Phogat, actor-singer Monica Dogra and VJ Shibani Dandekar.
