TV actor Nia Sharma is controversy’s favourite child. Every time she puts up a picture on her Instagram account, responses flow in. Given the very nature of social media, she gets trolled quite often too. However, she isn’t the one to get bogged down so easily.
Actually, she posted a photo on Instagram from a Halloween party in which she is sporting a dark blue lipstick. As usual, many of the Instagram users flooded her timeline with negative comments.
One of them said, “When u trying to open blue INK bottle with mouth,” and it was among the most civilised comments on the post.
However, the actor, who was last seen in reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 8, got back at trolls by posting another picture wearing the same shade of lipstick.
She also wrote, “I’m just good at stealing edits you guys make. This time i’m tagging @rishabskhanna not for makeup but for these clicks.!! Multi-talented you.”
In February this year, Nia posted a video of her dancing on Instagram and many social media users reacted with nasty comments. She had then spoken to Hindustan Times. She had said, “Are people mad? It was not a drunk post. We were having fun while shooting a music video, and my team shot me while I was posing and I put it online. People on social media hide behind anonymity and feel they can get away with [saying rude things]. If someone spoke this way to me in person, I would punch their face in.”
