Russian forces have hit the southeastern Ukrainian city of Zaporizhzhia with a wave of guided aerial bombs, killing a 71‑year‑old woman and injuring at least 31 people as blasts tore through residential and non‑residential buildings and sparked fires, according to regional governor Ivan Fedorov, who says eight guided bombs were dropped in roughly 90 minutes, just days after massive missile and drone barrages on Kyiv as Moscow intensifies its campaign against urban centers and logistics hubs.
