China's kidnapping, harassment, intimidation: Nearly 10,000 forced to return

Beijing has forced nearly 10,000 Chinese nationals overseas to return using coercive means outside the justice system. As per 'Safeguard Defenders', a Spain-based Rights Group, the 10,000 figure could just be 'tip of the iceberg'.
