Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) workers vandalise the office of Public Works Department in Navi Mumbai over incidents of pothole deaths in the state. Since the monsoon began in Maharashtra, at least five people have died in Mumbai alone due to potholes. The deaths could have been avoided had the potholes been filled and roads not caved in due to heavy rains.
