Coronavirus outbreak: BAFTA postpones TV awards due to pandemic

BAFTA postponed its annual TV awards due to coronavirus. In an official statement, BAFTA released the announcement on Twitter. The ceremony scheduled on 17 May has been postponed until later this year. Announcement of nominations have also been postponed. Over 1900 people have tested positive for coronavirus in the UK. Over 50 deaths have been reported from the country.
