Covid: Hospitals in Gujarat’s Ahmedabad begin Sputnik V jabs for 18+ group

Gujarat hospitals started administering Sputnik V Covid-19 vaccine on July 5. The Russian vaccine was administered to people above 18 years of age. It is being administered at Ahmedabad’s Krishna Shalby hospital and Kiran hospital. The Central government fixed the price of Sputnik V vaccine at ₹1,145 in private hospitals. Hyderabad-based Dr Reddy's Laboratories has been importing the shots from Russia and would be eventually manufacturing it in India. Watch the full video for more.
