From Russia approving the second vaccine to Mulayam Singh Yadav testing positive for Covid-19, here are the top updates on the pandemic. Russian President Vladimir Putin has approved the second vaccine developed by Vector Institute. Russia had also granted regulatory approval for a Covid-19 vaccine in August. Meanwhile, Maharashtra's government allowed Metros to resume in the state in a graded manner. Business exhibitions and local weekly markets will also be allowed to open.
