India's ZyCoV-D vaccine creates history: 1st DNA jab, needle-less, for kids

- ZyCoV-D, the Covid-19 vaccine developed by Indian pharma major Zydus Cadila is the world's first DNA vaccine against the Sars-CoV-2 coronavirus. The company says that it is a needle-less vaccine which is administered intradermally. ZyCoV-D currently has a 3-dose regimen, but the company is planning to seek approval for a 2-dose as well. The vaccine has been given emergency approval by Indian regulators for those aged 12 years and above. Watch the full video for more.
