‘No Covid deaths in 15 states & UTs in the last 24 hours’: Centre

- No Covid deaths have been reported in 15 states and Union Territories in the last 24 hours, the government said during its press briefing on the pandemic. Seven states and Union Territories have recorded no fatalities over the last week, the government added. Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan said that active cases and death rates have also declined in the country. Kerala, with over 65,000 cases remains the state with the highest number of active cases closely followed by Maharashtra, with over 35,000 cases, is second in the list of states with the most active cases.
