Paramilitary may be called: Maha minister’s hint as Covid cases cross 2,000

With Maharashtra becoming the first Indian state to have more than 2,000 Covid-19 cases, Hindustan Times' Aditi Prasad spoke to the state's health minister, Rajesh Tope about the government's strategy and the challenges it is facing. One of the biggest sources of worry in Maharashtra's capital, Mumbai, is the discovery of a few cases in Dharavi, which is Asia's largest slum. Around 8.5 lakh people live in an area measuring 2.1 sq km, in Dharavi. Tope hinted at seeking the help of paramilitary forces to enforce restrictions in such spots. Watch the full interview for more.
