Dhoni lands off-field role with NCC, joins Anand Mahindra in new committee

- Former Indian team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been named in a 15-member committee appointed to review the National Cadet Corps (NCC). The Ministry of Defence has constituted a high-level expert committee, under the chairmanship of former MP Baijayant Panda, for a comprehensive review of NCC in order to make it more relevant in changing times. Mahindra Group Chairman Anand Mahindra will also be a part of the committee formed by MoD. The committee will suggest measures to empower NCC cadets to contribute more effectively towards nation-building. It will propose ways for gainful engagement of NCC Alumni for the betterment of the organisation. Watch the full video for more details.
