Delhi Capitals defeated Kolkata Knight Riders by 19 runs in the 16th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 in Sharjah. After electing to bat first, Delhi Capitals posted a mammoth total of 228 runs at a loss of 4 wickets. Prithvi Shaw (66) and skipper Shreyas Iyer (88*) were the star performer for Delhi Capitals. In reply, Dinesh Karthik-led Kolkata Knight Riders could score 210/8, eventually losing the game by 18 runs.
