The Iran–U.S. deal that looked moments away from being sealed has just hit a dramatic wall. On June 16, as Iran’s top diplomat declared that the “war with the United States was over,” signals from Washington shifted. Donald Trump – who had earlier hyped the agreement as a done deal – is now stressing that the deal is “not final”. The deal was due to be signed on June 19 in Geneva, hosted by mediator Pakistan. US VP JD Vance, Iran's Parliament speaker Ghalibaf were expected to attend the signing. What will happen now?
