Congress leader Rahul Gandhi released the party manifesto for Assam. Congress' five guarantees are highlights of the vision document. The law to nullify Citizenship Amendment Act is part of Congress’ promises. ₹2,000/month to housewives, 200 units free power per month have also been promised. Cong says it'll give 5 lakh govt jobs and hike tea garden wage to ₹365. Gandhi also addressed election rallies in Assam's Jorhat and Digboi. Congress is leading the grand alliance of AIUDF, Left, AGM and BPF. Assam will vote in 3 phases between March 27 and April 6. Results will be announced on May 2. Watch the full video for more.
